    $65 Per Hour

    I will arrange and hang your pictures and wall art, transforming your space. With a keen eye for design and attention to detail, I will ensure each piece is perfectly placed to enhance your home's aesthetic. Save time and avoid the frustration of uneven or mismatched art. Trust my expertise to create a harmonious and beautifully curated environment that reflects your personal style.

    Staging for Resale or Rental

    $250 Minimum, Then $85 Per Hour

    Transform your space with our expert staging services, designed to declutter, rearrange, and enhance the ambiance that attracts buyers.

     

    I curate accessories and items to create an inviting atmosphere.

     

    • Minimum Staging Fee: $250 – Receive a comprehensive report for each area of your home, detailing necessary removals, purchases, painting, and organization (3 hours). Additional time is billed at $85 per hour.

    Note: We do not warehouse furniture but select from reputable sources such as previously leased outlets, second-hand shops, Wayfair, Ikea, and HomeGoods/Sense.

    Rental Home Maintenance

    $85 Per Hour (4 Hour Minimum)

    I manage short-term weekly or monthly rental units. I check on all aspects of the home, including organizing linens and kitchen items, and ensure everything is ready for the next renter. This may include informing the owner when something needs replacing, which is a service not typically provided by cleaning services.

    Organize Your Life

    $85 Per Hour ($65 for 4 hours or more)

    I provide coaching on time management, utilizing concepts, tools, and tricks from sources like Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and Brian Tracy's "Eat That Frog." These methods, along with my own developed strategies, are designed to help you maximize your time effectively.

    Travel over 1 hour one way will be charged at the hourly rate for any services.

    Minimum Hours on Certain Services

    Organizing is mainly done in person at the site. Due to fuel & vehicle costs, all organizing calls have a 3-hour minimum.

     

    I strive to book my schedule in advance. A cancellation means I usually cannot replace that slot with another appointment. Cancellations of less than 48 hours in advance will be billed at 50% of the 3 hour minimum, or $98.

     

    Staging & Interior Design; selecting fabrics, furniture, paint, and all design consults can be in person or virtual. Due to fuel/vehicle costs and travel time, all in-person design calls have a 2-hour minimum. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will be billed at 50% of the 2-hour minimum, or $85.

    I am an Interior Designer that loves to organize and design homes and offices.

     

    I started Zen Home to help those who want to get their home organized, simplified, & beautified. I do closets, kitchens, baths, garages, offices, mud rooms, attics, and storage.

     

    What areas are not working well, or as well as you'd like?

     

    I also rearrange furniture, hang art and wall pieces, and suggest paint colors and schemes to refresh and update your space.

     

    I cover the Washington, DC area. Specifically in Maryland, I cover Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Baltimore Counties. I also work in Sussex County in Delaware (DE), mostly around Rehoboth and Dewey Beach.
